Open Work Permit vs Renewal of current work permit

Hello

I am a refugee claimant I got married to a Canadian citizen,

I am applying for PR under inland spousal sponsorship.

Since I already have a work permit from my refugee status, should I include an application for a work permit in my PR application under inland spousal sponsorship?

Which is better, my current work permit or the one I got under spousal sponsorship.

Any advice?

Extend your refugee work permit.

You can apply for the OWP under spousal sponsorship as well. However due to your status in Canada, this won't be approved until AIP and won't allow you to keep working.

Go with the refugee work permit.
