My partner has been offered admission to do a graduate certificate and she is planning to take me as family with her student visa. However we are not married but we have a marital union. I have few questions about the visa process and it would be really helpful if anyone could clear them out for us. Thanks in advance!
1. What are the chances of getting an open work permit for myself?
2. Do we have to show funds in a common account or is it possible to show a percentage under her name and the rest under my name?
