Hi,

I did the spousal inland application for my wife. she came to canada on a 10 year multiple entry visa. last week she got her open work permit.
Should I apply for her TRV? or the multiple entry visa is good enough for re-entry back to canada.

The multiple entry visa is all you need.

Note that neither the TRV nor the OWP guarantees re-entry into Canada. Whether your wife is allowed to re-enter Canada will be up to the CBSA officer she encounters at the border. Extremely good chance she'll have no issues - but always some very small chance she might.
