open work permit question

I have some questions relating to this.
Will i need to get a new SIN number Alberta health number once my current permit on the IEC programme expires June 2016 or will I simply get another two year work permit with the same sin number etc?
Also for the medical test which is 300 cad will blue cover cover it?

You always keep the same number, once you have your new work permit take it into Service Canada with a copy of your SIN, they will change the expiry to the expiry on your new permit.

Once you are a PR they will remove the 9 as that indicates you are a temporary worker.
