open work permit: "payment already done" (or sth to that effect) is not an option in the questionnaire...

Hi,

I paid the open work permit fees already when applying for PR.

Now in the questionnaire in the IRCC portal it asks:
"There are fees associated with this application. Will you be paying your fees or are you fee exempt?"

Obviously neither really applies. I need a third option "paid already" .

Anyone know how to handle this?

In this context you will be paying your fees. Implication is YOU will be paying, or that they WILL be paid, or in other words, that you are NOT fee exempt.

Hopefully they will allow upload of the payment receipt as an alternative to paying (again).

Paid fees when submitted inland application.

Now, during OWP application because of no option, have to pay fees again. Couldn't find any other option.
Thinking about how we will be able to get refund? Any suggestions.

From what I've heard they are pretty good about refunding monies ... eventually. YMMV.
