Open work permit from India

Hi,

I would like apply for "Open Work Permit" from India. Also, I have checked my eligibility over the CIC portal and it mentioned
the eligibility under "Open work permit".

Could it be possible to apply? And, is it possible to apply without Job offer?

Please update me with your views.

Why do you think you qualify for an open work permit?

Do you have a spouse who is currently working in Canada in a skilled occupation?

Do you have a spouse who is currently attending school in Canada on a study permit or is working in a skilled occupation under a post graduate work permit?

Here, after posting the points, I had checked on the CIC website and got the similar information.
But, when I checked over the eligibility on CIC website, they suggested to go for "Open work permit".
This is a tool given to check your eligibility.

But anyways, thank you for your updates and now I am clear with this category.
