Open Work Permit Calrification

Hi All

My partner was granted an open work permit and is job here in England offered him to work remotely whenever they need him. He still wants a full time job in Canada. Will he be allowed to work remotely for a company in the UK whilst working full time in Canada???

Any thoughts are much appreciated.
