Can anyone tell me which box I should check on question 3 of the APPLICATION TO CHANGE CONDITIONS, EXTEND MY STAY OR REMAIN IN CANADA AS A WORKER? if I am applying for an OPEN WORK PERMIT with my PR (Spousal/ Family class) application within Canada.
Q3 : I am applying for one or more of the following
- a work permit with the same employer
-restoration of your status as a worker
-An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
-temporary resident permit
Currently I am staying in Canada as a VISITOR
