Open work permit and a visitor visa

Hello everyone.
Currently I am in Canada as a student and my study will be finished at Aug 2022. My wife got her open work permit acceptance and got visa until 11/2022 like me

Now if could not find a job in NOC 0,A,B before her visa expiry date, what our chances to get a visitor visa for her so we can be together till I can find a job offer in NOC 0,A,B? Anyone was in this situation before?

Chances are very high she would be approved to change her status to visitor.
