Mine is london

London is by far a quicker VO. A few friends of mine got their PPR even though their application was submitted after mine but their VO was London.

Well...its quite slow if your VO is London. LVO is super fast in sending PPRs. They take less thn 2 months in processing most of the applications.

Your statement contradicts itself... did you mean to write 'its quite slow if your VO is not London'...

It seems London is fast... it explains why Andy got his PPR in a month..

Mine is New York; and I know New York is slow; so I am bracing for the wait..

Is thr any provision of nomination validity extension when the file is under process at CIC. Although, it doesn't matter if the nomination expires after AOR, just want to hold a valid nomination to re-apply in unfortunate scenario of rejection.

Hi Guys!! Smiley

Its been 35 Days since I paid the RPRF and no change in CIC status yet. BG check still showing "not needed at this time". Anyone with a similar timeline ( below) in the same situation?

the province will not extend your nomination as your file is already under process at CIC.

i have spoken personally to ontario province regarding this and they said they will not extend unless we have a reason , andholding a valind nomination is not one of the reason :)
hope that helps

+1 if it did

Hi Sing,

In your signature, you state that 'file has been sent to Ottawa'.. How do you get to know that???

All the best Andy... yours was the smoothest of all processes!!!
Your NOC may have rendered a helping hand... it is the most sought for NOC in the world. All the best in your next steps..
