Forget about Saudi man. That is just a traffic violations. Imprisonment is when you sentenced after proper hearing through legal process for any crime. Just chill

Exactly, imprisonment is a court order sentenced by a judge

what you faced is just detention

It wansnt on PCC as we have 2 seperate police (city police and traffice police) and i was not in city police custody i was in traffic police and the PCC is for criminal check and breaking a traffic signal is not criminal activity so I got the PCC clearly says no criminal record found

Must be the unlucky guy who caught red handed after violating traffic signal. No problem Saudi is not the first world.

Can anybody please answer my query? Do we have to submit the copies of all the previous passports while making the PR application after receiving ITA or is it just the present passport copy only? Thanks in advance.

Uploading the biographic pages of the current passport will suffice.

Raj, there were some people who mentioned that they stamped pages on the passport also needed to be uploaded with the e-APR.

The best thing is to check the requirement against the placeholder while uploading the document.

Well, in the EE checklist, I do not see any change in requirements. It reads -

Copy of the biographical data page of a passport or travel document

Purpose

To confirm the applicant's identity
Document requirements

A clear and legible copy of the biographical data page of a passport or travel document must be provided.

Individuals who must submit this documentation

The principal applicant
Their spouse or common-law partner
Their accompanying dependent children

Link ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Hence I advised it is sufficient to upload biographical pages.

However, I concur it is wise to check the instructions in the placeholder to see if there is a separate set of instructions there as Piyush as advised.

Dont know why they have asked but i am happy whatever the reason was I got the Passport request in 30 days after applying.

All the very best for all who are waiting

My wife and I were requested to complete and submit Schedule. I was also asked to complete form IMM5669E (Travel Supplementary Information) as well.
I hope this is an indication that my case is in line to be considered for the 1-month speedy conclusion.

One supplementary question. Where have you submitted your passports? In Riyadh visa office through VFS or in your home country? Asking this question assuming you are in Saudi.

Guys, help me out

My wife was denied admission to the US in March 2016. Her Visa was cancelled at the port of entry. Reason given was that 2 years earlier she had given birth to our daughter in the States while on a tourism visa. She was asked to go back to the US Consulate with another visa application - needless to say, she was denied a visa on the ground that she did not have a job (she has been unemployed for a while) and that they were not sure she wanted to get a third child in the US.

I am just wondering if any of you has been in a similar situation or heard of someone in such a situation. Do you think this would delay my application???
I am the primary applicant with my wife and 2 kids as dependents.

This is part of the reason why I was asked to submit Schedule A form i.e. because the question regarding 'visa refusal' was answered 'Yes'

Thanks in advance all!!!!

Please advise! I updated my passport information and sent the documents and Change of Information Form via EMAIL to OINP in May. Didn't get any reply. I was told by a guy in this forum that it should be by snail mail or fax only. Does It have to be by mail or fax?Should I send them again by fax? Thanks!

To be on the safer side I would also send it by mail. Do make sure that you quote your AoR Number on the top of the package so that they can append it to your file.

Write a short letter stating the reason you are sending them the documents as well as mention that you did email them in May.

My wife was also refused a US visa and I submitted my Schedule A. I personally do not think it causes any delay because the reason is quite straightforward. You are not applying for a tourist visa anyway so the reason of refusal is not applicable here.
