Folks, when you did Upfront medicals, did you receive anything from the doctor. I had my wife and kids do medicals back in my country and the doctor said that, they are to send the results directly to CIC. She never gave my anything.

What do you think??

Until you upload e-Medical sheet received per details shared by yogesh above, you will not be able to submit your e-APR.

Thanks Yogesh and Pahujja

Let me work on it...

eAPR on 26th Jan 2016 but still BG check "Not Needed at this time". Just wondering how much time they will take for PPR as my Ontario Provincial Nomination is expiring 22nd June 2016. Anyone with the similar timeline.

I have a question pertaining docs to upload post ITA: do we need to attest them for Embassy of Canada and/or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country?

your provincial nomination expiry doesnt count once you have EAPR.

everything gets locked in time.

mine expired on april 12th and my fiel is still under process, i was a bit stressed so i wrote an email to ontario and they replied see below

"The Confirmation of Nomination Certificate is valid for six months. Extensions to nomination certificates will only be granted in cases where applicants demonstrate that the deadline for applying to IRCC for permanent residence cannot be or was not met because of mitigating circumstances. If you already submitted your application to IRCC within the validity period of your Confirmation of Nomination Certificate it is not necessary to extend your nomination certificate even if IRCC is still processing your application.

If your application under IRCC is denied you will not be able to use the Confirmation of Nomination Certificate a second time.

We trust that you would find this information helpful.

Except certified translations/notarised affidavits all other documents (scanned copy of originals) to be uploaded as is without attestation.

Good Luck!!

Anybody used http://gcmsnow.com/standard-gcms-notes/ ??
It accepts payments by card, but, then, the information you key in is over a HTTP connection with no security.
So, was just concerned about the authenticity of the site. Has it been around for a long time?
Is there any other reliable way to get GCMS notes? I don't have any relatives in Canada.

Hi seniors,

I got extension from IRCC for FBI PCC submission. Now I have two upload buttons/fields in my PR application (old and new upload option).

I have received FBI PCC, and I will use new upload option to submit FBI PCC.

I have also received updated employment reference letter. I am creating a CSE to include this in my application.
Since CSE takes at least 15 days to take effect, I wan to use "old upload option for FBI PCC" to submit my employment reference letter (with a LOE).

Is that workable idea? Will it anger IRCC ? any issues with that ?

Thanks ppahuja.
The problem however is that I am neither a Canadian citizen nor a PR nor do I live in Canada.
The link says:
*To be eligible to make a request, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

For others, i suggest uploading schedule 4 in the eAPR. As per GCMS notes, my file was put on hold from 10 March to 22 March just because of schedule 4. That too when i uploaded document on the same day.

Hi Yogesh,

I dont see a button to upload Schedule 4. How do i upload it then. Thanks in anticipation
