Regarding digital photograph, in E-APR it is mentioned that frame size should be 35mm X 45 mm. What does that mean for a digital photograph?

I am uploading photograph having dimensions 2018 x 2465 and file size 672 Kb. I am not sure whether frame size limit is applicable for digital photographs or for printed photographs.

Also, there is another 5445eb which say that photo should be 50mm x 70 mm. It has some requirements for Name, DOB and address of photogrpah. Does it apply to digital photograph for e-APR. Please advise as I have used 35 mm x 45 mm photographs on medicals and PCC's.

I think what it means is if you take a printout of the digital photo it should conform to the 35mm X 45mm size.

No, This is for physical photographs for PPR. Medicals should be fine.

Absolutely nothing! Radio silence. I have sent them an email asking for the status, I have not got a reply for that too! One of the members suggested in the other OONP thread that they might be deferring our AORs and sending out nominations to hell a lot of people to whom they have already sent AORs to. We might be in for a LONG wait now. :(

do they actually work following certain scheme?

like ## applications out (nominated/otherwise) so they send out same ## PT invites in, and in between move same ## application for AoR check?

I am not sure. Like one of the members opined, they might just be clearing off the backlog (A lot of applicants were issued AOR and they haven't been nominated yet). If this is the case, we are in for a long wait!

so why do they keep sending out PTs then if they're already overwhelmed by the earlier intake?!

not so good project management IMO

That might be the case, yes. They might have run out of resources to manage the monstrous volume of incoming applications and hence, they might have decided to clear those applicants off before they could proceed issuing further AORs.

not good!

so this means there's a possibility that after we have applied and all, we can receive an email saying "sorry folks, we reached our quota!" :o
