IMO, I don't think that'll be a problem. You can submit a new reference letter to CIC.

I have not been asked for WES or IELTS report in document checklist, is it same with all? Or I just upload it anyway.

Also, what if I do not have all positions listed for one of the employer on reference letter, it was accepted in OINP, will the same be accepted in ITA application?

I think its better if you submit the same reference letter with your ITA.

Definitely upload the ECA report along with your degree certificate(s). IELTS can be tracked using your TRF reference number so you don't need to upload that, no harm in uploading it as well.

If there are no children from that marriage, all you are required to upload is your divorce decree as provided by the legal authorities in your country. No NOC is required from your ex-spouse.
