Hi guys, I need your help please.

After complete my PR form online, the required list of documents required is generated.

1. When it says multiple, do I need to scan all documents as one and then upload or is there a way to upload multiple SEPARATE documents?
---Yes Scan them all togather as 1 pdf and then upload ...make sure the limit is of 4 MB. you can use pdf reducer tools (google it) to reduce the size.
2. How many Police Certs needed (it says multiple). Is it for countries I lived in the last 10 years?
-- if you stayed more than 6 months in any country withing last 10 years, you need to upload that many pcc.

Yes, you can mention that. If you have already have them in your linkedin profile , you can mention that and also provide the link of your linkedin profile to CIC.

Just some questions:

I see that there is this section that requires upload documents for Proof of Relationship. There is another section to upload my marriage certificate. Just want to clarify if my understanding is correct:

Proof of Relationship - Documents that will prove my relationship to my husband (FSW - principal applicant) besides the Marriage Certificate. Properties acquired listed both our names and photos is that sufficient?

Proof of Status - This is for the family member we have in Canada? We have the Birth Certificate of my husband's uncle and his father's Birth Certificate to prove they are brothers. Also, we have his uncle's PR card and a bank statement that indicates his address in Toronto.

Help Please, again. I contacted the medical Panel I will be using in London and they asked me for a IMME form. This form is not on the list of documents I need to upload. I am doing a medical as it is listed as things to do.

Where do I get this form? OR, am I doing an upfront medical?

I have the ECA that I have done last year to apply for the FSW. My application was returned due to CAP limit. I have received the ITA last draw. The questions are: Do I need to go to WES site and add the "ECA report access by Citizenship and Immigration Canada"? Does my ECA for the FSW already has that?

Check on your eca report. There will be a number starting with IMM.....
You need to fill this eca report number in your application. You can upload
Your eca report in supporting documents with your educational documents.
If they still can't varify that , they will ask you to contact Wes.

Well eca is same for fsw and pnp and Cec.

Proof of Relationship and Status applies only when you have a canadian citizen/ PR card holder as your relative. The proof of relationship document is to prove your relationship to the canadian citizen/pr holder and not to your husband

You can keep your 10th std or +2 marksheet along with a college Transfer Certificate if you have(it would show dob). Along with this also keep a notarized affidavit (signed by Notary) for your Date of Birth. That should work.
