It is not a misrepresentation. You still show all of them in the personal history but you are not showing it in work history as you do not want to claim points for it. You can try entering the details in work history and next time remove it from work history and both times generate the personalized checklist and you will see the difference. When you remove the details from work history, the system does not prompt you to add reference and other employment letters but these documents are mandatory when the info is mentioned in work history. There are lot of ppl in this forum who have done this in this forum and have been successful. In fact, I have done the same. I do not believe it is misrepresentation.

My profile is locked after receiving ITA, Is it possible to edit my profile to change the same (work history for spouse as I didnt claim points for her experience)..?
OR
If I untouch locked profile but only remove spouse's work experience from post ITA profile?

I just have a quick question for people who have already received ITA as provincial nominees and have done Express Entry PR application. Do they ask for Police Certificates from your country of origin when you apply for PR? also, if you currently living in Canada then do you have to provide for police certificate at the time of application or is it asked later?

Please let me know

Thanks

You cannot edit the locked profile, just remove it from your post ITA application.

Thanks a ton rajanvnv.....

One quick query.....CIC says we will assess your secondary and post-secondary periods of study for eligibility for Express Entry, and use them to calculate your score......
Query is : Do I have to fill in my secondary study ( 12th Standard) in the application.? I have fill in post-secondary credentials ( Bachelor's Degree) and have ECA for that. What I understand is if one has Bachelor's degree with ECA, that is it. Nothing prior to that is required to be filled in or evaluated.

Plz correct if I am wrong.....

You don't have to provide school credentials in your application if you have ECA for Bachelors.

The UCI is provided only when CIC processes your application for TRV or PR. If you don't have a UCI, leave that blank.

Hi Everyone,

I am filling the form for Ontario Nomination and i have some quick queries. If someone could answer it, will be really great.

1. In mailing address what is address type? Im statying in a rural area so should i select rural route address. And if rural is selected, what will be my rural route no.
2. There is no street name, street no and what is this street type.
3. What delivery mode should be selected.
4. What should i write for native language?
5. What is meant by family ties? How to mention it in the application.
6. For work experience, one of the company which i worked is closed now. So how can i get some alternate docs for the same.
7. For me and my spouse, we dont have a birth certificate. So which document can be given for the same.
8. What proof to submit for proof of any ties in ontario.

Thanks in advance

Hey Guys,

So i mentioned that I have an uncle(Dad's brother) who is Canadian citizen. I need some clarification with regards to documentation. Can someone kindly help me out. I am trying to upload the documents post ITA. So the checklist that generated automatically the Point 1 being : "Proof of Relationship" (You must provide proof of relationship with you host or family member ? ) I am not sure what exactly this is asking for. Point 9 is "family member Proof of Status" (You must provide a copy of your family members proof of Canadian Citizenship, PR card etc..) So basically I guess this is where I would upload my Uncle's passport scan.

Can someone please tell me what I would upload under point 1 ? I am a single applicant and my family is back home in my country. They will not be joining me hence they are not part of the application.

Thanks,
Dilbert :)

For the proof of relationship you can submit your uncle's and your father's birth certificates and/or passports to show common parents.
For proof of citizenship you can submit your uncle's passport scan.

Which Provience Government Nominated you.

Minestry Of Ontario Government or Ontario Government

I know it might sound a bit silly, but friends can any one help me on the answer for the above question.
