You can go ahead and book your medical for early next week as you are more likely to get an ITA this coming Friday (as CIC recommends undergoing medical after getting ITA)

You sound pretty confident of a draw this Friday? ;D

Hi guys,

I just got my nomination and would like to prepare docs for the next ITA round. Can you guys please provide the link of what sorts of docs do they ask you after getting ITA ?

Thank you,

You would need all the documents that you submitted to OINP. Additionally, police certificate for all locations applicable to you and medical acknowledgement. For financial proof, you can may be get latest bank statements (if applicable for you). All other docs same as you submitted to OINP. It's basically a personalized checklist that the system generates after you get ITA.

It's highly likely that we will have one this Friday as we did not have it for the past 2 weeks and with Friday, it would be 3 weeks and am sure with lot of PNP's and new candidates joining the pool, CIC will have enough candidates above the cut-off that they might want to set.

Medical to be done before submitting application after ITA? right? Where can we get sequence of steps after ITA?

Nomination
ITA
Medical to be done
Submission of Application
Wait for CIC, if they need any more additional docs.
Submission of Additional docs, if requested.

Hi All

I received Ontario nomination today.Accepted and waiting for ITA.
My concern is my passport will be expiring on October 15 , 2016 ie less than a year.Should I renew my passport before ITA or can I apply with current passport if I get ITA .Please advise.

Thank you,

I've been to Canada since 2010 (I was 17 at the time) and only visit my home country (Vietnam) for 3 weeks last Christmas break. Do you know if I need to have PC from both Vietnam and Canada ?
Thanks a lot !

You do not need PCC for Vietnam. Only if you had resided in a particular country for 6 months, then you need police cert, otherwise no

I believe you are referring to interest from Ontario asking you to contact them. If Yes, go forward and read the application guide and put forth an application. You initially get an AOR and then subsequently nomination. Once you have the nomination, your CRS score will bump up by 600pts and then you'll get ITA. You will need the medical and PCC to apply to CIC and not to the province. But as you apply to Ontario, you can also initiate your PCC as getting PCC is a long process in some countries. Medical needs to be done only after getting ITA. Good Luck

For those who are outside of Canada. Where do you all intend to live and why?

Hello Friends,

I got message from CIC today to upload below documents..From forum references,I found that schedule 4A is not applicable to me as I do not own any business..

1)Can some one please guide what to upload in this section...letter of explanation or schedule4A form with NA for fields which are not applicable?
2)And also in the first line they mentioned -UCI ****- <My Name>: So for this what should I upload? I am planning to upload work permit document but I dont see any section to upload it..

Please suggest me how to proceed with below three documents?

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
 UCI Number<******>- <My Name>:
 Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees form
 Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee: A newly completed Schedule 4A - Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - Business Nominees form
