yeah. It is really slow then.

Dear nomination recipients,

I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked/discussed: When is it advisable to get the medical exam done? I'm expecting to receive my OINP nomination in next three weeks (fingers crossed). Should I book my medical exam right away, so that by the time I receive nomination I will already have done my medical exam done, and then I will need to upload that information after I receive the ITA. Does that makes sense? Or should I wait to receive the nomination and then ITA and then book for exams? Also, I am a single person, working in Canada on a PGWP, so which medical exam category will apply to me?

Thanks for your help.

You can go for upfront medicals immediately also.
It's a good idea and did you get AoR for OOPNP?
