I've heard about cases that the applicant has submitted the SAME proof of work documents to mciit and ircc and got nominated the first time and rejected PR...that is wrong in my view

Exactly, there are other factors affecting applications. Some nominees asked for an extension of Nomination cert for them to be able to re apply for PR.

This all makes me nervous to be honest. Do they at least tell you what's wrong and give some time to fix it? Or just reject without double checking with the applicant?

Those are mandatory documents and both the OINP and IRCC are completely separate entities. Just like the OINP process it depends on the VO how he assess and make a decision to a certain application. There's no short cuts and speedy process.

Why not, of course there can be...If the IRCC VO gets in touch with the particular MCIIT assessor about a particular candidate who already assessed the SAME work experience/education related documents (with same passing criterion) then why can't it hasten the IRCC's processes especially now that they have additional Syrian load.

Anyway there's no point discussing as this is none of our f***ing business it is completely their's to see and analyze and improve/optimize if they want to.

Don't be! As long as you send all the necessary docs there's no need to worry. When did you get your AOR? I got my nomination Feb11 day after draw...

Do you mean rejected because of the work related documents that were earlier passed by MCIIT?

May be they were rejected on medical grounds or PCC or may be for improper ECA document.

No, man. The same proof of work. And the reason for rejection was that the applicant had a different salary on a junior position at the same place and did not get a separate document for that. But mciit accepted it before that.

I see. You're still gathering docs?
Good luck on your application.

Yeah, still in the process..wish at least they gave a chance to re-submit some of the documents if they are not 100% perfect

Hi Guys,

We got a request for Schedule A - IMM5669.
Is it to be filled by the primary applicant only or the accompanying spouse as well?

Thanks

Bad question may be!

Can we staple ( the sheets? For Example; My Resume has 3 pages.

Suggest you to use paperclips instead of staples or binder clips!

@Raj I tried using paper clips, but the DHL guys said it could cause custom/security issue.
Therefore I had to use staples for my resume and other docs.

Please confirm with the courier service if they are OK with paper clips in the package.

So should I go ahead and use staple?

One more query:
In Section G. Settlement Funds of the Nominee Application Form, should I mention 'zero' or 'one' for Total number of family members (including yourself)?

And unfortunately I haven't been able to continue to the next page after section H. Family Information :(

Total No. of family members can never be zero. If you are alone it is one...the rest you can figure out.
