Here are some details / prices (SGD)

As you can see, 15 years and above - adults - will have an exam.+ HIV / VDRL blood test + urine test

The Canadian Visa Medical Examination will cost :

15 Years and above: $260 before GST
Medical Exam $ 150.00
Lab (HIV & VDRL) $ 45.00
Chest X-Ray $ 65.00

11-14 Years : $215 before GST
Medical Exam $ 150.00
Chest X-Ray $ 65.00

Below 11 Years : $150.00
Medical Exam $ 150.00

I thought blood test covers other possible problems such as diabetes or cholesterol as well, this is quite a simple blood test. (I have some congenital heart abnormality that has not caused any trouble for me yet but might in the future, so I'm a bit concerned about the medical check.)

You need to check in context of your own background / profile

2nd Language English
Factor 2: Education
Factor 3: Work Experience
Factor 4: Age
Factor 5: Arranged Employment in Canada
Factor 6: Adaptability

Hope it helps ! If you have all 5 steps above, you should be eligible for OINP French Speaking Skilled Worker Nomination.
Now what to do ?

1 - If you are serious about getting PR, you must get your ECA report asap if you need one - if you dont have a Canadian degree
2 - Wait and hope for an invitation from Ontario Province to apply for OINP FSSW - it normally comes few days after you created your EE profile. Note : ensure your job bank profile is ACTIVE and linked to your EE account
3 - Ensure your profile in Express Entry Pool is properly updated (eg put FRENCH as your first language, and ensure you have selected ALL province / ONTARIO province for your preferred destination)
4 - read read read more the forum if you need help
5 - post if need be

Is it written somewhere that French must be put on 1st place? I have read the requirement of CLB7 ad minimum but I have found nowhere a rule on order of languages.

Hello Arthur,

Please refer to the "French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream Application Guide" on OINP's web site.

If you wish to be assessed against FSWP you need to have 67 points. For CEC there are other criteria that need to be met. All detailed in appendix 1 of the guide.

If you wish to be assessed against FSWP, try to see how you can score an additional point in the selection factors (e.g language, experience, education, adaptability, etc...)

There is an indication on your CIC Express Entry application where it states if you meet the "Federal Skilled Worker" criterion. Please check there, if it says "Met" you should have reached 67 points.

Actually in my EE account the FSW is met, I received NOI from Ontario, opened one key account and submitted my application. They asked for full copy of my passport, I am waiting for the prefecture to issue it. But my calculations show that I don't meet 67 points, so we can say it's dead right?

If FSW is met then I believe you have met the 67 points. Use appendix A to re-calculate your points based on details you have captured in Express Entry.

Salut Blokik - non ce n'est marque nulle part - cependant beaucoup de candidates pour l'invitation a la nomination ont bien mis francais comme premiere langue... car pour le French Speaking Skilled Worker, le francais est bien la prioritie

Nous avons donc pu soumettre notre dossier aujourd'hui !!!
Il nous fallait tout de meme payer les frais
A present notre status de dossier est "Processing Payment"

Une nouvelle attente commence !

I am french stream outland too, with AOR march 28.
No updates so far; also no one from march in our group had medical passed yet. Only feb AOR got medical passed. It seems pnp are moving very slowly.
