thank you for your reply ElrudIt is not compulsory to have it. You can submit your eAPR and later submit it, if requested.
same here "decision in progress" yesterday : 44 days submitted and 57 days AssessmentOINP requested access to my ECA two days ago. My application status has changed to "Decision in Progress" today.
Keeping fingers crossed.
My application was also stuck in "Submitted" status for ages. I was thinking they were processing those applications that were close to/above the CRS cut-off in priority as they would certainly get direct ITA. My CRS is quite low.same here "decision in progress" yesterday : 44 days submitted and 57 days Assessment
but no ECA request , since we applied (in my case on the 6th of Feb) before the april 28 guide update , they should not ask for a ECA copy/access ( mine is WES ) , in their guide of the initial e-system , we were asked to provide a copy of the ECA report. ( they never asked for an extra copy from WES , neither an acces from CES or MCC ) ,
anyhow , good luck , hope they don't ask me for a copy, cos it's gonna be a crazy time loss ( WES sending paper based mail )
let me guess Rover1 , you sent your files in french !
Great! Have you already submitted the ECA? And has your application status progressed?I too have been asked to authorise release of ECA report. It seems we're all making some progress!

Good luck to you.
OK. Get it done ASAP and lets hope we make it for the next draw (wishful thinking).I've asked CES to submit the report. My status changed to, and is still in "awaiting documents" as I have to also submit pay slips.
Sure. CES just informed me that they've sent the report. Hopefully things will speed up this time.OK. Get it done ASAP and lets hope we make it for the next draw (wishful thinking).
For me there were two additional requirements: ECA and confirmation of number of hours worked. Just stating full-time was not sufficient. I provided a letter from my employer confirming number of hours per week. OINP has not asked for further evidence till now.You at least you have the tax income doc and I think you can give it to them explaining why paystubs are not available. I HAVE NONE OF THESE
However I wonder whether I can ask my employer to produce them. Would they be acceptable? Obviously they would not show the correct issue dates.
