I am sure, they will let you pass now Christina. All they needed is to make sure, that you will meet FSW criteria at the day of ITA (which you do now).
As for language. All you need is to cash your PNP with this French stream.
But you can choose English as language where you are more at ease (that is what I did - because of me being a bit out of practice with French also because to share with my husband).
And after I did it and still kept French as first language.
There was no problem with that and I have passed A11.2 in the CIO (now waiting for my LVO to move).
