i understand the part of getting a higher half of B2 but im not following with the rest of your explenation.
what does PT mean?

TEF test will give you exact points that are divided into 6 groups (from A1 to C2). But CBL has scale of 10. So they roughly divided those groups in 2. So you need to hit CBL 7 which is upper half of B2 for everything (CBL 7 for all the skills is one of the French stream requirements).
PT NOI - Provincial territorial Notification of interest from Ontario. What you need as a first step in order to be able to send out application.

On the other hand we have seen nobody reporting PT. There are people in this group waiting for it second week already. But then again lets hope for the best.

thanks, i guess i will have to wait for my official results.
and i dont think they stopped issuing PT.
their update clearly says french stream is still open.

1. Add additional dependand (if she was not already there as common law partner)
2. Update your funds (again if she was not already part of your application
3. Inform Ontario about this change (to be safe also add officialy translated marriage certificate and new POF - if size of your family has changed). That is safe way to do.
4. Make sure you still fullfill the acceptance to EE criteria (67 out of 100 points).
Since we have no points requirements from CRS, I do not see problem on Ontario side.
But you can be sure, that once you get ITA, Federal will contact your province to recheck some data, so they shall be up to date when it comes to your current status.

Nope the 400 points requirement is only for Human prio. stream and not for the French stream.

No. The only thing that the system does automatically is that it alerts Ontario officers about potential profiles. But it is their own decision to make invitation or not. Profile renewal if no PT will arrive within 10 business days is a good idea. But again worst case is that they are temporarily on pause (they did the same thing with Human priorities stream on February and only admitted in May).

hi Vensak , am thinking about making a new CIC account , with a new email , cos no NOI yet it's been a while am waiting , and am kind of worried (Last chance) , in my current cic account I received few (4) notifications , but couldn't fullfill all requirements ( pof ) by that time. if it's human based notification (officers) well , they could track old NOI and not give new one.
also , is there a way to know if French stream is still open , or will have the same fate as the Human Capital stream ? with a phone call maybe or email ?

From my understanding you do not have to make new CIC account. All is needed is to redo your EE file (you can withdraw the old one and make a new one). Becuase it is EE itself that is or is not visible for Ontario.

As soon as their Human Capital Stream became so little they also forgot about us. It is like they removed their additional officers and assigned them to somewhere else. Maybe they want to include us in the online system. I am worried :'(

It is not true Aal. What happen was, that they have just significantly slowed down. But French stream still has separate quota.
When I was calculating average speed for French stream I got following data:
5 to 6 people from the French stream per week. App. 15% to 20% of all PNP Ontario applicants have shared their timelines on this forum.
So that would give you standard speed of 1 French nomination per week from our list.
It might also be, that they were forcing all employees to work through most of the applications during past 3 months. That included excessive work hours and maybe Saturday or Sunday work. So it might just be, that they are taking time off in January as to compensate for that.
I guess that they might resume to normal speed somewhere around February.
If they wanted to cancel your applications, they would not ask about additional documents. I take it as a positive sign as they want to somehow close all old applications. Keep eye on your application and ask them regulary (like every 2 weeks) about an update regarding your application. Best advice, that I can give
