It was 210 for me.
Emilie just a question, did your background check change to in progress or you just went to PPR from not applicable?

Guys, i got NOI yesterday. Created profile on the 3rd. However i got listening in clb6 in french the other are above clb7. My english is clb 8 and 9. How is that possible that they send me NOI? I talked to an agent but he was useless he could not explain me why. Now i dont know what to do

Ok,
1. TEF uses the A1 to C2 scale. But CBL scores are more refined, so first check the exact points range and also check if you did not make a typo in your profile leading to calculate higher CBL.
2. NOI can also be given for Human priorities. Unfortunately that one is closed at the moment. Many other people with NOI are waiting for them to reopen that stream. For HCP you need either to have 400+ points or you need to be close to it and have one of the IT NOC they might be seeking for.

Good luck

No , i re-calculated even with EE calculator. My score is 387. I declared english as first language and TEF as second. I checked language score 3 times. If I had put clb 7 in french i would have gotten the 30 extra points and i didnt so it means my clb in listening is in clb 6. My still they sent NOI.

For your profile not to be disqualified on the spot you had to put English as your first language (CBL 7 is minimum for the first language). You got 15 bonus points for French (not sure if you took that into consideration). If not it could be, that your calculator did not take that into account. It can also be that you have profession in demand. But in both cases it would be NOI for the other stream which is closed at the moment. At the moment I am not aware of any point changes for the French stream.

I remember putting french as prefer language of communication and that i speak both languages. Then for the tests i declared ielts as first language and tef as second. You think that has something to do?

Communication language has no influence on points. So unless they tweaked their search bot (because that is what they have) in a different way, there would be no reason for French stream nomination (CBL 7 from French is one of the requirements). But you might have qualified for HCP stream if your profession is wanted for them. Unfortunately that one is closed. Your NOI will last 6 months for that one.

and what is your profession?

The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry.

If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program.

You can find general information about each province or territory's PNP program on the website. You will also find a link to Ontario's PNP requirements and contact information.

General information:

If a province or territory nominates you through Express Entry and you accept the PNP nominationyou will be allocated an additional 600 points in the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System. This means you will likely receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program.

If you accept a nomination, you are indicating to both Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and that provincial or territorial jurisdiction that you intend to live in that province or territory and that you will comply with any other provincial or territorial program requirements.

Once you accept a nomination, your profile will no longer be visible to other provinces and territories, so you will not be considered for nomination by other jurisdictions. You will also not be considered for federal economic programs in Express Entry.

If a province or territory nominates you and you decline the PNP nomination, you will not be invited to apply under Ontario's nominee program.

It is possible to be nominated by more than one province or territory, but you may only accept one nomination.

If you decline the nomination, you will stay in the Express Entry pool of candidates. You will still be eligible to receive invitations to apply under the federal immigration programs (Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or Canadian Experience Class). As well, other provinces and territories (if applicable) will be able to see your profile for future consideration.
