Same thing happened with me, lost 6 points before getting nominated but received 600 points from the nomination. Losing CRS score due to age after receiving NOI doesn't matter.

Sorry..wrong usage of word..I meant I have a question..whether OINP actually tries to contact the people mentioned in the Letter Of Intent.
I guess they may, if you have given the wrong details it will be dreadful, tbh. If you are adding someone please provide their Rental documents, PR Card, Tax payment documents, and above all, a Birth Certificate would help immensely. Please do not provide anything which is wrong, or old. It may lead to a ban of 5 years from IRCC and from OINP, I believe it is of the same tenure. I don't want to scare you off or something, but just be honest in the application.
My case was twisted as well, but I kept everything honest and candid.
- my IELTS expired on 3rd March
- my CRS score was 458
- with new IETLS given on 19th Mar, the score dropped to 411.
- I gave again on 27th Mar, submitted the application with old and 19th Mar IELTS on 30th Mar.
- Received result of 27th Mar test on 31st via the text message and email, applied for an EOR and wrote 1st l.o.e the same day. However, score became 452.
- Received EOR result, unchanged, wrote 2nd l.o.e with 27th Mar TRF around 2nd week of April.
Just keep things honest, proper, and candid.
