Ontario Province nomination - 3 months since UCI recieved

hi guys,

I would like to understand how much time the Ontario Province nomination takes. It's been more than 3 months since I payed all the feed and got UCI (Unique Client Identifier).

Under Status it shows following two items are under review. It shows that medical exam has been cleared.

• Review of eligibility
• Review of additional documents

It's been more than two years since I created profile on express entry, it's been more 20 months since I received the invitation. my profile got expired once and I created new again.

I am not sure what is that it's taking too much time. is it because, I am from Marketing background and not from software?

is there any way I can reach out to them to check the current status? would that be a good idea?
