I recently received my letter of nomination from Ontario (Master's graduate stream). I am planning to apply for PR soon. The only way I can apply is through paper application and I am not eligible for express entry. Does anyone know how long the processing time is in this case?
From what I read, it seems like it takes up to 16 months. But I couldn't find this information on CIC website. I couldn't find the exact answer on this forum either. If anyone has any experience or knowledge in this, please help.
