Hi All ,

I need some advice from experienced people here. I have a crs of 422 and i got an NOI today from Ontario.However , i have not been working since oct 2013 as I am on h4 visa .
My work experience is 3.8 years in past 10 years , but as per Ontario's requirement , it is only 1 year in past 5 years.
I am confused if I should wait for direct ITA or go through OINP .as my work experience is less , is there any chance they may reject my application .

also , 1 more question , if I get ITA directly , Can i apply for a job anywhere in canada?

If you've already noticed you don't meet one of their requirements, there's a big chance you end up wasting $1,500 on an application that will probably be refused (in my opinion).

On the other hand, you have good chance of getting a direct ITA maybe in the next two draws (remember we've had 3 or 4 draws with the cut-off below your CRS). And yes, once you become a Permanent Resident from a direct ITA, you can live and work wherever you want in Canada (you don't get a valid immigration status just by receiving the ITA). Good luck!

I have recreated my profile on 30th June. My NOC is 2171 and CRS score is 381. I didn't get NOI yet. Can anyone have any idea what could be the reason? Seniors, please give your opinions.

It has been seen that ICT NOC less then 400 CRS only got NOI in the week of 26th June 2017. After that I have never seen anyone got NOI with less then 400 CRS.

In my opinion if your name is not there, how would you claim that this is your birth certificate? You should rectify it by applying to the respective govt. organization.

Hi Saurabh,

It's a very common thing and everybody seems to be confused over it.
To resolve the confusion:
1. If you do not have birth certificate: Then you should have Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC). You may google it.
2. If you have the birth certificate and Name is not mentioned on it: Simply get an affidavit stating that the certificate (mentioning date, certificate number, you parents name etc) belong to you.
3. If you have Birth Certificate and Name is mentioned on it: Good to go ahead with your process.

You should recreate your profile. I just created mine yesterday and received NOI from Ontario today. Ontario has even suggested that it does not look at older profiles when looking for targets to send NOI to.

What was your NOC CODE and CRS points? Are they still sending invites to ICT score less than 400??
