I have a CRS score of 438 and IELTS score of 8.0. I jumped into EE pool in August 2016 and still awaiting for my first invite. Can anyone let me know what are my chances of making it to OINP in 2017? I have 6+ years experience in IT industry.

Joined EE pool in Aug with 444 and then dropped to 439 after B'day IELTS is 8 and 6+ years in HR profession

i calculated my score found that 413. its too low. but fingers crossed that score will go low in the following months and also oinp says it sends NOI for scores 400+
