secret tip: replace [colon] with ':'
and replace [dot] with '.'

and then type in your enrollment number

You don't need any enrolment number if you are on the correct URL. Having said that, the actual URL is not working due to technical reasons. Once it goes live, you can create an application and then you get the enrolment number.

You DO need the NOI to complete the application submission, but hey it has 21 tabs so lot of information to fill and upload. While you wait for the NOI, you can surely start filling the application...
BTW you get only 7 days to complete the summit the application after you start it... not like 45 days in offline days..

Nope. you can always update your passport expiry date..
