HI,
I am a recent graduate from uottawa. i did two years masters program from uottawa and i am looking forward to apply for pr or work permit. which one should i apply first. i heard some stories that they can stop masters graduate program in december 2015 so its better to apply for pr directly rather than applying for work permit since it will take time.

for this reason, they need approximately 12000 dollars. which i just dont know how to save, since i am working part time and making my living easily. i earn almost 700 to 1100 per month from this part time work but saving 11000 dollars is an issue with this earning.

some one told me that i can put an application for permanent residence in Ontario, stating that: i can finance myself with this part job by just putting pay stubs. could you please help me making the decision.

open to any suggestions. thank you very much.
your friend :)

You just have to show them you have money and you can support your self. This does not mean you have to keep $12000 for all the time.
