ONTARIO PNP APPLICATIONS 2016 TIMELINE

Hi all,

I have created my EE profile recently and I am hoping to be noticed by Ontario. I have a CRS of 435.

Im eyeing Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program: Human Capital Priorities Stream

How long does it take to be given a PT? Are they on right now? Other than having a CRS of 400+, what other categories are they looking at before giving a PT?

Hi Guys,

My husband has the nomination in February 2015 while he was overseas then under hard circumstances his PNP letter expired since August 2015, now he is outside Canada and living there but he wants to get back there as hee lived 7 years in Canada as a student. Are there any hance that he can get the nomination again. What should he do? :'(

Also, he has a work permit at since 2012 which expired in 2015 but he didn't use it unless for 4 months, can he by any chance claim his unused years of work permit while he is now outside Canada? :-[

I heared the ontario doesn t send letters anymore with exepssion fo french stream.. so u might create an other account and cancel th other.. in case u d apply under french stream i mean .. i read on a post that someone has the intelligence to collect documents.. cancel his ee profile create an other and recieved an invitatiô with new deadline...

Actually, that's what I did. My first NOI was on 20th June. Could not collect/submit docs within the 45 days. Profile recreated around 10th of Aug and new NOI received on 15th Aug.

Sent an email to the OINP since no AOR, they confirmed that they got the application, but still no AOR yet.

Have you applied within 2 years from Graduation time?
Just want to know do we/I qualify even after 2 years from Graduation if pre-screen has applied before 2 years time?

If you apply with in 2 years, you are eligible for International student with Job Offer. It doesn't matter if you pass 2 years after applying. All they consider is at the time of applying are you in below 2 years time frame.

I am also in the same boat. I applied after 1 year and now I am waiting for Nomination approval. I completed my education on Aug 30, 2014(completed 2 years after education).

Here is my time line
Graduated: Aug 30, 2014
Oinp pre-screen : Oct 20, 2015
AOR: Nov 9, 2015
Pre-screen approved : June 6, 2016
Nomination applied: Documents mailed 27, June 2016
AOR: July 8, 2016
Immigration call: Sep 1, 2016 for additional documents
Nomination Approval: Waiting

Hey Jaswanth sorry for not getting back soon. So it was yesterday i got a call from oinp asking me confirm my job duties and asked me to submit latest job offer letter (i did previously attach one from may). So i did submit them with the latest one dated 17 aug 2016 right away (great hr actually ). They did ask me to send soft copy first and hand in the hard copy. I did that and got a email saying your application is in the final stage along with the new document which you sent us on 18th aug. So hoping for a something by next month.

Hi Jaswanth,

Let me re-phrase my question properly,

My employer applied for pre-screen before 2 years period of my graduation, but didn't get approval for the position within time (Still pending).

My timeline for 2 years has passed on August 15th, 2016, but I hadn't applied to OPNP as pre-screen is pending.

I should be passed 2 years by the time I file Nomination.
If I apply after 2 years for Ontario Nomination, am I eligible in this stream?
