when online status change?
I got my second AOR still my status is "Application received" .
I submitted my application on 22nd Feb 2013
I got my second AOR still my status is "Application received" .

In second AOR they just say we generate file number for u and do not contact within 6 month.vuexperts said:

what is mentioned in the letter ("Work permit letter ") which you received at the Canada airport.
Is there any restriction mentioned in letter or any special thing mentioned in letter.

Unless Authorized , Prohibited from Attending any Educational Institution and taking any Academic , Professional or Vocational training course.
Not authorized to work in Following Fields:
Child Care, Primary or Secondary School Teaching, Health Services field occupations.
Valid in the Province of ONTARIO only.
It also says :
Not valid for employment in businesses related to SEX TRADE such as STRIP CLUBS, MASSAGE PARLOURS or ESCORT SERVICES.

I am in the same boat. I also came here last month end and looking for the job also I have visited Service Ontario and they said the same thing like I have to have full time job and then only they will consider for OHIP. Let me know where r u in Ontario and which type of job you are searching for ?

Did you get the RPRF receipt from CIC Delhi? Did you checked with the bank from where you took the DD whether they encahsed the DD or not ?
My RPRF DD was received by CIC Delhi this Monday till now its not encashed

I visited Service Canada office last week and I had similar experience. Service Canada does not allows you to enroll for OHIP - Health Cards unless you have Full Time Job which is valid for more than 6 Months duration. They need a letter from HR Saying that you are working on Full Time employment and this employment is more than 6 months duration.
It seems that a part of income tax payment goes towards OHIP premium that is why they want a person to have a full time job with more than 6 months duration then only you are eligible for OHIP.
Moreover the 3 months waiting duration starts from the date you start your job not from the date of landing in Canada.
I am in Ontario, Near Toronto area and belong to IT sector job category.
