for those who have their FSW old file status changed frim 'IN Process' to 'Decision Made' , any one was contacted by CIC or got money refund ?

Of course local country where you are applying.

But dear

Local visa office is again asking about experience letter , original academic documents , police character certificate

But there is no such option in CIC website check list

So i am in confusion ,

besides these document any one sending any other original documents?

Hi Zain,
I think you 'd better contact your VO , as I told you earlier it is not the same everywhere , for me the PC is not required and about the educational documents ,I sent notarized copies

Salam,I need your help to fill my form about open work permit for Ontario.Can you help me to clarify my self about few confusions.
1-Do i need to fill and pay separate fees for my wife's work permit.
2-In which visa category i need to apply my children below 6 years.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

I have a similar conundrum. I have not received my AOR yet. I called CIC today and they told me to send the original PCC to they CIO office in Sydney. Officer asked me to include a covering note that gives my file information so that they can match my PCC to my file.

My only concern is that if my file is moved to the CPC, Ottawa office while my PCCs are in transit, then will that be a problem of lost PCCs? Officer also told me that the PCCs have a 3 month validity and I should send it out regardless.

Can someone please clarify on above?

Abu dhabi visa office website says 23 months to process provincial nomination. Does it really take that long or will it differ on a case by case basis.

Also I recd FBI PCC for my wife. I need to send this. Where should I send this to nova scotia or Abu dhabi visa office as my papers are being sent there for opportunities Ontario provincial nomination program.

I believe in ur case you need to wait until u receive acknowledgement
From abu dhabi and then send ur police certificate the waiting time vary
From case to case and it most probably wont take more than this year insha allah
Im also abu dhabi applicant who applied on nov. to cio but till now no file number
Have u received it via email or mail ?? When did u applied to cio??

Wish everybody a Happy new Year , May next Year we will all celebrate the New Year in CANADA , Ya Allah

1- No as you are the main applicant for the work permit , you may pay for the whole application in one batch (People in the Visa office will help you to count the required amount for the whole family

2-for children below 6 years , you need to apply for TRV (it depend on the Visa ofiice) some visa offices require to fill the application of TRV ,some others do not ,but you need to provide birth certificates for the children and marriage contract
