My guess is 1500 only in the below occupation as during 2004-2008 there were many applications made and all IT guys may have entered their preferred location as ONTARIO due to job market there :)

Computer Analysts and Consultants (NOC 2171)
Software Developers (NOC 2173)

Really? But here, most of IT guys withdrew their applications and applied again after Feb. 27 2008 for a faster process, and they have already got the visa.

Yes, but still lot of them are waiting.

Wanted to see is all of applicants are under same Immigration Support Officer or they have different heads for different occupations

I am guessing the total number might be 2500.

many people, who submitted their package on May.1st or later, haven't received yet.

Really? I don't think it is good news.
From Application Guide for the Federal Skilled Workers Pilot, we can find the following:

If Opportunities Ontario receives your application by May 4th, 2012, we will send you a letter by the end of July, 2012 letting you know that we have your application. If you have not heard from Opportunities Ontario by the end of July 2012, please contact us.

Due to the limited number of spaces available for this Pilot all of the applications may not be processed. It is recommended that the application is submitted as early as possible.

Firstly, it was heard that the deadline was extended to end of May.
Secondly, I do not understand why you said this is not a good news..

I am new to this thread. As we are in process of 2nd round submision of overlooked document asked. is there any response from their programm officer...

seems like they are very much particular in replying the mails.. i mean they will only reply only it is required or critical toknow... rest left on us to decide what to do...

You are right, it was textended to the end of May.
For your second question, it was only my feeling, those who haven't got confirmation might lose the chance to get their documents processed as they might only process limited documents.

I could not agree with you that they will only process the first 600 or whatever applications, because they are still requesting applicants, who submitted application but missed sth required, to supplement materials.

I guess they will consolidate all application packages, by end of July or August, then start to select based on their criteria. some important point like Ontario ties. Besides that, I do not think there are much difference among applicants.

Did they contact anyone's employer yet..for those who received confirmation from PNP ?

I know one applicant having his referral contacted by PNP officer.

Is there anyone who received tele-interview from PNP officer?

@donaldli88 : are they conducting Tele-Interview too ? if yes any guess what questions they ask.

Any idea aboutPCC ? Is it required for principal or for all dependants. I just want to apply on before hand as it takes 2 months for oversea.
