My hubby is the principal applicant in our EE Profile and with me accompanying him the CRS is 394. However I got a lead from one of the consultants that if my hubby removes me as the accompanying applicant then the CRS might go above 400 and so it increases our chances of getting an NOI from Ontario. Has anyone any idea about it?

P.S. Both of us do NOT have an ICT background so obviously we cannot get an NOI from Ontario at the current CRS.

I think there is no option in CIC account portal.

Yes, there is no option to accept it. I guess those to got NOI should file the application in 6months of time.

Anyone know do we really need to accept the nomination, if yes how we can communicate this to ON province ?

Question - Will they continue to send the NOIs to the targeted occupations every week or was it a one time deal?

Hi

I have less than 400CRS points, but I have received an Expression of Interest from Ontario.
Is it worth going through with it under Human Capital, and paying the $1500, as I comfortably meet all the other criteria (NOC code 0, 10+ years experience etc).

Thanks

Hi,

GOod for you.. Did you apply and were you approved? Aslo are you French speaking?

Thanks!

Mervin

To thos who got Nominiation who got less than 400 points.. Are you French Speaking Class? I heard they only give nomination to those less than 400 points but are French speaking..

No, I have no points for French. I had 386 but was in the targeted NOC for ICT. They only did this once this year (last week of June) and we had all been very lucky to receive it and apply on time and get the nomination in about 40 days.

Hi, I would like to know your update pls. It would be helpful. Did u manage to get your permanent resident? did you get the ITA from ontario?

can u please advise me whether u have proceed with this? Did u get ITA and the PR now?
This was 2 years ago. Chances are they have not come back to the forum. If they accepted the PNP there's no reason they'd be rejected as PNP adds a good number of points.
