- Proof of funds: I do not have the 14K+ require for me and my family but I read the guidelines and it seems to me that my current job with suffice. So, would my employement reference letter, pay stubs, NOA and T4 be accepted as PoF?

Suppose I get PT from Ontario. I apply for it by filling forms and paying 1500$ fee. Now the timeline starts the day i pay my fee and submit the profile and Ontario will take upto 90 days. During the processing in these 90 Days:

Will i still be in the EE pool and can get a ITA if my score is above the cut off or I am no longer in the EE pool until Ontario gives me the answer?
If I get an ITA and plan to apply , i have to withdraw my Ontatrio PT notification and apply for ITA.

is that right?

Only in the case your job is arranged employment = LMIA approved, you need not show funds under the CEC criteria, in all other cases you would have to show proof of funds. Also employment letter (including salary info) + pay stubs do not show cumulative savings, they are an approximation of what your income is expected to be, CIC wants to know what your savings are in the event you lose your job(hypothetically speaking, no offence) and your expenses are higher than your earnings.
There are additional sources from which you can show income/savings, if you have invested in a car and the loan is paid off you can show that as an asset, any TFSA/RRSP savings , if you have a house and no mortgage, stocks, money in bank.(these are just a few examples)

You can still get an ITA in the usual course of events until you are nominated AND accept the nomination.

Yes. And forgo 1500 CAD as well.

Congratulations!

You don't have to contact them. You have 45 days to submit the Nominee Application form along with supporting documents to confirm your interest in the program.

I opened my bank account 2 months back so only have 2 months statements. My previous salaries were going in my Dad's account. Should I show 6 months payslips and dads bank statements with my bank statement?
