Ontario driver licence address change

Hello dears
I have Ontario driving licence when I was studying in Canada between 2015 to 2017 then I left Canada for 2 years. I have renewed it before leaving and it is still valid. Now I am coming back to Ontario as I have job offer. How I can change address after arrival ? As far as I know it should be changed within 6 days of moving to a new address but I moved from Canada for 2 years.
Is it possible to change it without having health card ?
