I am 21st July Applicant. NOC 2173 and mode of payment DD.
No reply from CIC. I have to check whether my DD is encashed or not.

I have mailed my application on following address

Can you tell me where you have mailed your application? Have you received UID?

Please reply if your 2173 package is received before 08/12 but have not been charged yet.

If the record of 08/12 is real (and if he/she is not under arranged employment), everyone before 08/12 should have the chance to get charged. But so far as I know many people between 08/01 and 08/12 are still waiting.

Dude,

I am also 2173, 19th August, DD applicant. I am also in same dilemma as u are whether are out of game or we are still in race. What I think is, wait and watch. There are both possibility.

We are out of game bcoz -
1. Cap filled.
2. 2173 has not been charged for app received after 12th August.

We are in, boz -
1. Just with 5 days and 2173 cap jumped from 699 to 1000. IT does not makes sense. Unless CIC guys were late to update the cap data.
2. 2173 has been filling at almost <50% rate of 2174. So, 2174 is filled on 2-7-2014 (62 days) which means 2174 should also go up to first week of September (120 days).

But it's all just analysis. I can suggest to wait and watch till end of November.

However, he had no idea if my application will be processed in due time or not. I have submitted my FSW application with a DD, which is valid only until Dec'2014. Is there any way to reach out to the Nova Scotia office to find out if the application process is under way or if the DD will be charged?Huh

What are my changes of falling in the cap?

This gives a little hope. I am 21st August applicant. World seems to have ended for me. Not sure.. What is the use of UCI number. Can we track our application online using it.

Hi Bahvin,

Do not lose hope. But this should not stop you from preparing for EE.

Chances might be less or even impossible. But strange things happen.

Do not wait for it to start EE preparation ?

I am a 15th Sept applicant too. I think we should forget FSW 2014 and start to prepare materials for EE.

Hi All.....a friend of mine.....Sunil....Noc 2173, app date 4th september, received mail from cic that cap reached. Looks like after sept 4th, its all over. I too am Sept 16th applicant. Let's be ready for EE.
