Its already 699 and further CIC is aggressively working to get close this NOC and as of now its Aug going on. It seems you would be on the borderline. Keep praying.

Zenger1229, You better call CIC as 3 months should be enough to get a UCI number or status of the application from them.

We actually do not know how they are updating the CAP. So do not worry. That too when the count is 699 and your application is received in August, You have good chances. To me, it seems all the Aug and Sep applicants will get in to the cap without much anxiety. If your application is complete you get thru for sure.
