As we all are aware that The Express Entry 2015 program is going to end in the next four months ...I mean December 2015 is just 4 months away.... :-X :-X :-X


I have a question ....whether points will go down below 350 in the next four months.....
and what will happen to the applicants of 2015 in The year 2016?

Will the backlog of 2015 be cleared in 2016 and will 350 range applicants be given preference or not?

I don't think he means that the system is going to end in DEC 2015. I think he means Express entry draw ending for 2015.

Yeah, but where its mention that in 2016 there will be no more draws ??

CIC has stated that there will be 15-25 draws for 2105. They are already done with 15 draws so there are anywhere between 0 and 10 draws left for the year.

The pool will continue into 2016 and people who created their profiles on 1st January 2015 (and continue to remain in the pool as on 31st Dec 2015) will be removed on 1st Jan 2016 and so on and so forth. The draws are likely to continue as usual in 2016 with 1/2 draws per month. Cutoff will not go down drastically because the pool is dynamic so if the last 2015 draw cutoff is in the mid 400s, I would expect the first 2016 draw cutoff to be roughly thereabouts.

Scores might not got to 350. Never. coz there will be loads of people who will be getting their PNps and lmias. Loads of people are applying/ and getting Lmias here in Canada. So, people below 420...might not have a chance. the only way if to get a pnp or improve your points

Unlikely. Extremely unlikely.

It's a pool, not a backlog. Under the old system, if you met the requirements, you were processed. Now, you can wait as long as you want - if you have 100 points, it's highly likely that you will never be drawn.

The system is designed not just to get the best candidates fast, but to select for the best candidates continuously. A good way to think of it is a line that qualified people are continually permitted to cut in front of.

If somebody created profile in April 2015 and has 450 score and another person created in October 2015 and has 450 score, do they select both in October draw or CIC doesn't select candidates immediately after creating profile?

I'm submitting my profile in October and expecting to reach at 446 points so was wondering if score goes below upto that point then will I have a chance or CIC will consider in next draws?

(99% I am sure about this) they do by points; not by when profile got created. CIC is no more for first come first serve !!

Ontario is selecting people very near to cut off means no one actually would turn up and they just will make money out of all

The have send an Pt to person with 454! ha ha ha Ontario just use ur brains don't be happy with 1500 $. A person with 456 will accept ur PT?

All the PTs sent by Ontario ranges between 445 and 456 and that's the funniest part of Express entry.

Why not all Provence select from the pool and need separate EOI? than whats the use is asking to tick which province we are interested. Another funny part

Wow.. that s so funny. I thought for OOPNP the minimum score is 400. They should give priority to applicant with score in low 400s not to the top scores. It is really funny

Of course people will apply OOPNP to boost their score and to get more more "safety" in the pool with 1000ish score.
