Applied for Online Visitor Visa Application on October 7th,2015. Unfortunately I was not able to login to my account due to GCKey lockout. I also tried linking my application to a new GCKey account, which did not work either. It says, there are "no applications matching the information entered".
I have reapplied on November 2nd,2015 since I do not know the status of my first application due to login issue. I got a call from Delhi High Commission, that my first application has been approved and they would be withdrawing the second application. Since I was not able to login, they would be sending my passport request letter to my personal mail id. But I haven't received any mail as of now. I checked with VFS to see if I can send my passport without the passport request letter(since I was unable to login), but have been told its mandatory!
It has been almost 2 months that I have applied and do not know what to do. Kindly suggest.
