Online visa application

I have created the online visa account and downloaded and completed the visa (visit) form. But it is just not clear on the website how I can submit it online. It's like going round and round which the account creation and document list process. Can someone please guide me on how to submit the online application. Thanks.

I think I am having the same problem here, I log in to start an application, but then I go back to the first page when I have to choose language, then I log in again, I never get to start the application.
This is so annoying, and by the way I am applying from Morocco.

You can see videos on how to do it on YouTube, I would also try with a different browser and make sure you dont have normal features such as cookies disabled.

I was filling the application for visa and already received the reference code, but was distracted with Adobe Reader version and left my questionnaire, and now I can not return back. Please help me! How can I continue filling?

the website is a mess I rekon that and the tech support is slow as a turtle. Eventhough I did my application last week and I think the system is working fine. you need to get to the ''check list page'' and then you'll be able to submit all your files.

For me incognito mode works but then I still have to make 2,3 attempts to login... But its way better the previously trying several times and still wasn't able to login...

I am supposed to submit my Police Certificate online. But, when I click on the upload file, the system generates error: Sorry, the on line service is currently not available. I tried different browsers, but it did not work.

Is there any idea how to fix it?
