Online Visa Application Photo Requirements

Hi,

I'm applying online for a study permit. The photo specification sheet asks for 2 photos but I can only upload one document. Combining photos in a pdf will mess up the size specs and the file format. Any suggestions on what I should do? Can I submit only one photograph?
