online training hours with paid counted as working or not

Hi everyone,

I have a query about the start date of employment. In the letter of employment stated that I started to do online training on September 18,2020; and worked since October 12,2020. I did get paid since September 18,2020. So, am I able to claim the hours during the paid online training period?

Could anyone please guide me? It would be really appreciated.

Your work experience starts from the day mentioned on your offer letter

the reference letter that you will upload, should have that start date.
