Online Study permit Delay

Hello Guys,

I have applied study permit online on 11th March 2015 and then provided additional documents on 16th. I have received an update last week stating there's no update to my account. Does anyone know how much time they take or anyone in similar situation?

I am from India and processing time here is 3 weeks but it's more than 3 weeks and I'm really tensed now.
Kindly help if anyone has been through this situation before.
