ONLINE STATUS NOT SHOWING

Hi everyone, I applied my case under cec and got my file number in the first week of nov 2013. Since then i am trying to check my status online but its showing "your file has not been identified".

Help me out........

That's normal, log in again at a later time and it will work. It happens when they are doing server maintenance most probably.

You are probably not entering your last name correctly. I had to input all my names (except my first) as my last name for it to work.
