I have received this message for three days and tried more than 30 times in different computer after delete all my cookies and history.
Should I delete my current application? I have almost completed everything, but I need to update 3 documents. I wonder how many of you are experiencing this problem. Thank you very much!

The best solution is to clear your cache in your browser and login again. That will surely work.
 
I tried that, it did not work. I know the there is a routine maintenance for the system but it is very unusual, it has been three days :(

It took me 4 days to get the attachments uploaded! It will be a big disaster if you want to replace an already uploaded one.

patience is the only suggestion, or go for physical application submission which will take longer processing time
 
Thanks for letting me know that I am not alone. I have been trying for four days. Enough is enough, I already deleted mine.

Hi shivik,

Just give you an update, I already submited my application after deleting my previous one and creating a new one. It went very fast, nothing wrong with the online service. I guess if you start from a scratch, documents can be upload without any problems. Good luck!
