online service is not available after a request for withdrawal of PR card renewal

Hello champion members and other people on this forum,
PR card renewal application was in secondary review and ecas showed (in process) for more than a year.
A request for withdrawal of PR card renewal was sent by the applicant in order to be able to apply in the urgent processing.

Ecas is no more available and online service can not identify the applicant with the information provided.
Does anyone know what this means?

Maybe you should call the IRCC call centre and ask, they can tell with certainty if it’s withdrawn or not. No one in this forum can tell with certainty.
