Online payment thru MyCIC, now cannot retrieve the payment receipt

Hi

I submitted my application for visitor visa online thru MyCIC and went thru with the payment after the application.

I got a notification from CIC to submit passport for further processing with the receipt of payment.

I am not sure how to retrieve and print my receipt now (from CIC).

I checked my email but do NOT have any payment confirmation email.

My credit card has been charged with CIC details.

Pls advice. Thx

Check your junk mail. CIC always sends a confirmation after payment . If not, check your MyCIC Account and in the confirmation of submission, there is a link to open the receipt.
